Who we share it with
Only with those we need in order to serve you: the platform that hosts the shop (Shopify), the payment gateway, the logistics provider that delivers your order and our tax advisers. All of them act as data processors under a signed contract. Some may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Order data, for the tax and commercial limitation periods (six years). Contact details for marketing communications, until you withdraw your consent. Browsing data, for the period indicated in the cookie notice.
Your rights
You can request at any time access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing and its portability, and you can object to its processing. Write to us at info@klave.shop and we will respond within one month.
If you consider that we have not handled your request correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos [Spanish Data Protection Agency] (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect your data. The shop operates over an encrypted connection and card details are processed exclusively by the payment gateway: KLAVE has no access to them.
Minors
We do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age or knowingly process their data.
